Affiliate Programme — Terms & Conditions

Occultique · Storizzi

1. About these terms

These terms govern participation in the Occultique affiliate programme, operated by Storizzi ("we", "us"). They are between you (the "affiliate" or "partner") and us. Becoming an affiliate means you accept these terms. They are separate from, and additional to, our customer Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. Joining — by invitation & approval

We work with a small number of trusted partners who share our vision of helping people through astrology, tarot and other divinatory methods. Participation is by approval and at our discretion; we may decline or end a partnership at any time. We expect partners to represent Occultique honestly and in keeping with that vision.

3. Your code, landing page & commission

Once approved, we set you up with a unique discount code and, where appropriate, a landing page on our site. You earn a commission on qualifying sales attributed to your code, at the rate we agree with you. Unless agreed otherwise, commission is calculated on the first payment a referred customer makes (not on renewals), on the amount actually paid after any discount and excluding taxes, refunds and chargebacks.

4. How sales are attributed

A sale is attributed to you when the customer completes payment using your code. A code is only counted once payment has completed successfully — abandoned or failed checkouts don't count. If a customer uses a different partner's code, that other partner is credited; the most recently applied code at checkout is the one that counts. We record the code, attribution and prices on our own order records, which are the authoritative basis for commission.

5. Offers are limited & may change

Offers, discount codes, commission rates and the programme itself are not guaranteed and may be added, changed, paused or withdrawn at any time, including limits on time and on the number of vouchers. We'll give you reasonable notice of material changes affecting you where we can. Changes don't affect commission already properly earned before the change.

6. How you may promote us

Promote Occultique honestly and lawfully. You must clearly disclose the affiliate relationship wherever required (for example marking posts as #ad or "affiliate"), follow applicable advertising rules (such as ASA/CAP in the UK and FTC guidance in the US), and not make misleading or exaggerated claims, spam, impersonate us, bid on our brand terms in paid search without permission, or offer unauthorised cash-back or incentives. You may not use your own code for your own purchases (self-referral).

7. Your audience's data

We do not share customers' personal details with you. You receive only anonymous, aggregated information needed to calculate and verify your commission. You must not attempt to identify, contact or re-target individual customers using anything you learn through the programme.

8. Payment

We pay earned commission monthly, in arrears: a given month's commission is paid the following month, once your available balance is at least the minimum payout threshold of £10 / $10 / €10 (in your agreed payout currency). If your balance is below the threshold it rolls over and accumulates until the threshold is reached. Commission becomes payable only after the order's refund / cooling-off window has passed — we may hold a new commission for up to 30 days to allow for cancellations. We may withhold, reverse or claw back commission relating to cancelled, refunded, charged-back or fraudulent orders, or to activity that breaches these terms. Payment is made by the method and to the details you give us; you are responsible for any taxes on your commission and for keeping your payment details accurate.

9. Ending the partnership

Either of us may end the partnership at any time. On ending, your code is deactivated; we'll pay any commission properly earned and not subject to clawback. Sections that by their nature should survive (for example data, payment reconciliation and liability) continue to apply.

10. Liability & general

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability under the programme is limited to commission properly due to you. Nothing here creates an employment, agency or partnership relationship beyond the affiliate arrangement described. These terms are governed by the law of France.
