Accounts, subscriptions and deleting your data.

How do I delete my Occultique account?

Sign in, go to Account → Settings, and choose Delete account. We'll email you a confirmation link — your account is only scheduled for deletion once you click it. Prefer email? Write to readings@occultique.net from your account's email address and we'll handle it.

What happens when I delete my account?

It's permanent. We schedule your account for deletion and process it manually, usually within 30 days. You lose all your readings and saved data, your subscription benefits and any remaining paid time, and your Soundbath premium access. Financial/transaction records are retained where the law requires, with personal details anonymised.

Will I lose my readings?

Yes — all your readings and saved data are permanently removed when your account is deleted.

How does this affect Soundbath?

Soundbath premium is unlocked by your Occultique subscription, so deleting your Occultique account ends your Soundbath premium access. If you subscribed to Soundbath through the Apple App Store, also cancel that subscription in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device (App Store subscriptions are billed by Apple and can't be cancelled by us). To delete your account and data, follow the Occultique steps above.

Can I cancel a deletion request?

Yes — as long as it hasn't been processed yet. Email readings@occultique.net and we'll cancel it.

I just want to cancel my subscription, not delete my account.

You can manage or cancel a subscription from Account → Subscriptions without deleting your account. You keep your benefits until the end of the period you've paid for.
